For the Racefox Run and Ski apps, I was involved in redesigning the onboarding flow and improving the overall customer journey. The goal was to make the product experience easier to understand, while aligning the interface more closely with the Racefox brand.

My work focused on UX structure, visual consistency and the connection between brand and product experience. By rethinking key parts of the onboarding and app flow, the project aimed to create a clearer introduction to the service and a smoother experience for new users across both running and skiing.
